 Cancellations

I understand that life happens, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I respectfully require 24 hours notice in advance to the appointment booked. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee of 50% of services booked for that appointment will be processed in order to book a new appointment. ​

If you no-show an appointment, you will not be allowed to reserve any future appointments with Wildflower Hair Company.


Tardiness


If you are running late to your appointment, please notify Wildflower Hair Company you are on your way. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the services booked will have to be adjusted to fit the remaining time left during your allotted appointment time. 


Guests


 Due to the limited space in the studio, the use of sharp tools and chemicals, and the busy salon environment, amongst other reasons, I do not allow additional guests during any appointment. This does include children unless they are receiving a service.


Illness


If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of any type of illness, please reschedule (even if it's last minute, and I'll do the same) Rest assured, I do my very best to keep my space sanitized and healthy. When it comes to germs, NOT sharing is caring.

 Refunds


Unfortunately, I don't offer refunds on services rendered. I work tirelessly to provide the best services possible and will work to make sure that you love your hair based on our consultation performed before beginning your services. 

If you are unsatisfied with your hair, don't hesitate to get in touch with Wildflower Hair Company within 7 days after your appointment. I will provide options to adjust your results based on the original consultation.
